BarOn EQ-i^® Emotional Intelligence Assessments

Qualifying.org offers three online application and certification programs to assist practitioners in using the most comprehensive, practical and widely-administered assessment of emotional intelligence in coaching, counseling, leadership development, team building, conflict resolution, and a variety of other human resource and talent management development objectives.

The online web modules allow the program participant to learn the material at his or her own pace. In addition, there is considerable savings in time and travel-related costs that are typically incurred in a traditional class or workshop program.

Founded by Roger Pearman, Ph.D. and a subsidiary of Leadership Performance Systems, Qualifying.org's programs rest on a foundation of over 25 years of hands-on practical experience using psychological assessments and training other professionals in their effective application.

EQ-i^® Certification and Application Programs

BarOn EQ-i^® Standard Certification/Qualification Program
This is e-learning program that has two elements: (1) completion of the Tests, Measurements, and Interpretation e-learning course offered in conjunction with Wake Forest University and (2) the BarOn EQ-i® Specific Competency e-learning course.

BarOn EQ-i^® Specific Competency Program
This program is for practitioners already qualified to purchase and use APA Level B psychological instruments who want to learn how to effectively use and interpret the BarOn EQ-i. This program can also be used to fulfill professional CEU credits.

BarOn EQ-i^® and EQ-360™ Masterclass Program
This practitioner certification and application program includes all of the elements of the Standard and Specific Competency programs plus a two-day workshop to explore using the tool in coaching, leadership development, and team application. In addition the program also covers the EQ-360™ assessment, a multi-rater EQ instrument that covers five dimensions and 15 aspects of the EQ model. It is an 88-item tool that provides rater group score averages so that an individual can see if the boss, peers, direct reports, or others view the same behavior differently or similarly.
