Golden Certification Programs

Carl Jung introduced the theory of personality type and Isabel Myers enhanced that model to bring the world a model to "make perceptions clearer and judgments more sound". After sixty years the incredible power and complexity of this model for individual, team, and leader development is still being discovered.

The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ takes these contributions to a new level for a more complete understanding of one’s preferences, and for a focus on development for personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The Golden is an excellent complement to programs in which personality type plays a foundational role. The Golden is based on integrating two key personality frameworks: the Five-Factor Model and Personality Type.

Three (3) Golden Personality Type Profiler™ Certification Program Options:

(A) The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ Bridge Program (All online)

For those already certified to use B-level tools or certified users of valid personality type instruments (e.g., MBTI, Majors PTI, JTI, and other B-level tools which report out E/I, S/N, T/F, and J/P) to become qualified/certified to purchase, administer and interpret the Golden Personality Type Profiler™ through an online e-Learning course.

This course is designed to provide a bridge from other personality type tools to the Golden Personality Type Profiler™ an outstanding evolution in the use of personality type in coaching, teaming, and leadership development. Special e-Learning modules are included in this course to introduce strategies for using the Golden.

Qualifying.org's Bridge e-Learning Course provides the most direct pathway for experienced users of type tools to gain access to this powerful and affordable type report and development instrument.

(B) The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ (2 Day)

Since 2000, Qualifying.org™ has delivered innovative blended learning options for the completion of instrument certification.

Complete the study of the Theory, Construction, Administration, and Validity and Reliability in our online modules prior to completing a 2-day Interpretation and Application practicum to learn best practice application of the Golden.

(C) The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ Masterclass (3 Day)*

*The Masterclass has been the #1 training program at Qualifying.org since its introduction in 2003.

The Golden Masterclass builds on our 2-day option by adding a full day of applications training for applying the Golden to Leadership Development, Team Development, and for Coaching. Our more than 4,000 learners think of our Masterclass as the HOW-TO added to the WHAT.
