After sixty years the incredible power and complexity of this model for individual, team, and leader development is still being discovered.

The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ takes these contributions to a new level for a more complete understanding of one’s preferences, and for a focus on development for personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The Golden is an excellent complement to programs in which personality type plays a foundational role. The Golden is based on integrating two key personality frameworks: the Five-Factor Model and Personality Type.

The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ Assessment

The Golden Personality Type Profiler™ has a number of advantages as an assessment of psychological/personality type: It gives you all of the scores for all preferences rather than just a preference clarity score for one preference in each pair. The Golden reflects degrees in actual behavior rather than a forced sort. In addition, the Golden is the only personality type assessment that provides results on the critical aspect of type development: optimism and confidence within one's type.
