Completing our two-day qualifying program enables you to purchase, administer and interpret the premier career exploration and management tool available.

For nearly 80 years, the Strong Interest Inventory® has empowered individuals — from high school and college students to adults seeking a career change — in their search for a rich and fulfilling career. Revised as recently as 2005 to reflect all the latest changes in the world of work and study, the Strong® assessment is unparalleled in reliability and validity.

What You Will Cover:

• Web classroom pre-work (8-12 hrs): history, theory, administration, interpretation, reliability and validity. Exploration of the General Occupational Themes, Basic Interest areas, specific careers as related to interests, work activities, and potential skills.
• Workshop: applications, presentation, and interpretation strategies. You will receive your own results, explore ways to apply the tool in development, learn best ethical care practices, and take an examination.
• Post workshop: classroom modules open to you, bulletin board to post questions, free community learning forums.

Tuition:

$1195 — Includes web classroom modules, all study materials such as the manual and booklets, participation in the workshops, and examination.

Travel and Accommodations:

You Are Responsible for hotel and travel expenses and travel arrangements. We suggest you contact our office before making non-refundable airline reservations. We will not reimburse expenses for changes.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you must forego training after registration and payment of fees, Qualifying.Org will refund the registration fee LESS $450 for administrative/processing fees if notification is received at least 30 days in advance of the workshop. Credit will be applied to another program, but no refund will be made if notification is received within 30 days of the workshop.
