Golden™ Qualifying Programs

The Golden is an excellent complement to programs in which personality type plays a foundational role. The Golden is based on integrating two key personality frameworks: the Five-Factor Model and Personality Type.
CPI 260® is one of the most respected assessment tools ever published. This instrument is widely applied to selection and development initiatives due to the depth and range of behavior it measures.

The TAIS® is a rich report that is complete with attention, distraction, and interpersonal related results. It is a 144 item self-report inventory that meaures twenty different concentration skills, personal and interpersonal attributes.
VOICES® is a multi-rater tool which is easily administered through the web and which produces multiple reports, depending on customer need. Rater responses are reported on a 7 point scale covering "Towering Strengths" to "Can't Rate Clearly."
