Weblog Release - Type and EQ

We invite you to participate in a special learning community for type and emotional intelligence.

We've posted a three-part paper in which Roger Pearman explores "What Type Practitioners Need to Know About Emotional Intelligence and Type", as a way to prompt discussion, opinion, experience, and critique from the trenches.

Our hope is provide a wide-open environment in which to host ongoing discussion relative to assessment and development through the eyes and ears of development professionals, consultants, trainers, coaches, and others--newcomers and veterans alike.

We have much to learn from each other.
